For example they produce field computers, sprayer controls, software services, to fully autonomous driverless argicultural technology. Essential functions

You will have to oversee engineering assignments for all product developments and support the engineering team in any way possible.

• Provide support to internal teams
• Participate in the design process
• Monitor engineering services
• Process planning
• Develop, formulate and direct engineering processes
• Coordinate new product changes
• Assure consistency and accuracy of engineering documentation
• Keep informed of new developments, methods and techniques in the technical profession.
• Encourage team members to grow and be a good value to the team in all kind of ways.
• Administer team member performance reviews, goal setting and salary growth

Requirements

• Bsc in engineering, or related techical field or higher
• Minimum of 5 years related professional experience required
• Leadership skills
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate team members
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff
• Problem solving abilities
• English language (business level)
